- These images CAN be phone snapshots if necessary
- Remember they are only 1”x1” inch on the card and will be used as a detail
October 20, 2023 Cards to printer
- We want to have them onsite for October 4th Friday event
- We will have extra cards for artists to send to collectors
- Postcards do require postage stamps
Nov. 14, 2023 Label info due
- Using this form below, please include all label information
- I have included check boxes where you can indicate if the label is for artworks submitted for the gallery, to be displayed in your studio, or to be included in the gift shop.
- If you mark “Studio,” I will put the labels in your studio once they are printed.
- I will have the link open on the office computer during drop-off
Nov. 14-15, 2023 Drop Off
- Please make sure all work is labeled
- Let me know if you need pedestals or special hardware
- I am looking for a couple of volunteers to help paint pedestals these days
Nov. 16-17, 2023 Install
- NO WORK WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER NOVEMBER 15
- I will be looking for volunteers to help each day from 12:00-5:00pm
- We will also be placing small work in the gift shop
Sat., December 2, 5:00-9:00 pm Reception and Open Studios
- Please bring a dish to pass or beverage to share.
- PRICE YOUR WORK in your studio
- Consider having packing materials in your studio (wrap is available on the loading dock)
