This class focuses on mastering Icelandic Poppy Flowers’ shape and color intensity in a wet-on-wet paint application and mastering fine detail and outlining with graphite & charcoal. We will discuss the differences related explicitly to wet-on-wet watercolor painting and create natural bleeds and blooms on the paper’s surface. Students will pay a $10 supply fee to the instructor on the night of the class.
