Live on Five will conclude with an in-person reception on March 11 as we count down to the auction ending together featuring:

• Two Community Beer Works Cash Bars
• Food by Pattaya Street Food
• Music by DJ Lisa Lux

Schedule of Events

6:00 – 7:00 pm VIP Reception

• This special pre-party includes light refreshments and an open bar for Donating Artists, Sponsors, and VIP Ticket Holders.

7:00–11:00 pm 

• Enjoy the Live on Five artwork and reception including hundreds of original artworks, music by DJ Lisa Lux, cash snacks by Pattaya Street Food from the West Side Bazaar, and cash bars by Community Beer Works, Try-It Distributing, and Polaner Wine. Guests can also enjoy the 30 art studios and meet many of WNY’s most dynamic visual artists.

8:30 pm

• Auction in Gallery 1 CLOSES. Volunteers will begin de-installing the work in Gallery 1 while bidding and Buy Now will continue in Gallery 2.

9:30 pm

• Auction in Gallery 2 CLOSES. Volunteers will begin de-installing the work in Gallery 2.

10:00 pm

• BUY NOW Items may be picked up just outside the doors of Suite 500.

11:00 pm

• Bars close and auction items may be picked-up up just outside the doors of Suite 500.

If you don’t want to wait until 11:00pm, you can pick up your purchases at Buffalo Arts Studio during regular gallery hours:

Tuesday– Friday 11am–5pm, Saturday 10am–2pm.

We will have extended hours Tuesday, March 15, 2023 until 7pm.
