This class will focus on the human body. Drawing fundamentals will be introduced and strengthened, including site measuring, contour line, shading, foreshortening and overall composition. Pencil and charcoal will be used to create various effects of light, shadow, spatial depth and form. Traditional and experimental/contemporary materials will also be introduced. Models will pose for short gestural and 20 minute to 2 hour poses. A supply list will be provided. In compliance with CDC recommendations, Buffalo Arts Studio is requiring face coverings for all students and staff.
