Public Art
Buffalo Arts Studio is pleased to be one of the organizations leading the way for cultivating and realizing Public Art Projects throughout the City of Buffalo and surrounding communities. Through dynamic partnerships with arts organizations, community-oriented groups, and unique sites throughout the region, we are able to activate neighborhoods and deploy site-specific artworks through direct engagement while also providing support and opportunities to an array of artists toward realizing these public art projects.
We believe that the power of public art exists within its capacity to democratize art and move it beyond gallery and museum walls, and bring art into communities where people live their lives every day.
