Buffalo Arts Studio’s newest fundraising event Live on Five returns in April 2021!
As you may know, the Buffalo Arts Studio team had to postpone Live on Five 2020 only 48 hours before it was scheduled to begin in the spring of 2020. Yet, with the support of this dynamic creative community, what was originally imagined as a floor-wide celebration was quickly reimagined into a mobile auction fit for the moment.
668 original artworks were created. 559 bidders participated. 3,600 bids were placed. And 640 works sold.
None of this would’ve been possible with you and the hundreds of artists who donated their work.
We can’t wait to do it all again this year—and we would love for you to join us as a participating artist.
Live on Five 2021 will be a three-week exhibition in our gallery as well as a mobile art auction. We will feature hundreds of 5″ x 5″ artworks by regional artists with starting bids at $25. All proceeds benefit Buffalo Arts Studio.
The exhibition is free and open to the public. Contributing artists will receive ONE complimentary ticket with bid number to the Live on Five event, regardless of the number of artworks donated. Artists will be acknowledged in the mobile auction app, on Buffalo Arts Studio website, event brochure, and in social media.
