Studio Artists

Studio Artists

Buffalo Arts Studio includes 30 peer reviewed Studio Artists who are selected based on their creative practice and, in part, to reflect regional demographics. Studio Artists actively maintain working studios and have access to a ceramics facility, communal workspace, computer lab, and full kitchen. Buffalo Arts Studio is committed to providing safe and affordable studio space to working artists, charging approximately half of the market rental rate based on square footage and amenities. Studio Artists are encouraged to exhibit in our Annual Studio Artists Show and Sale, serve as paid teaching artists, and participate in collaborative projects, open art critiques, professional development, and communal meals. Studio Artists also benefit from the diverse skill sets within the community, sharing personal and professional experiences as well as best practices.
